It's a laid back job for servers. Easy to get away with things.

Cons

Over staffing, management doesn't really care for employees, lack of stability, stressful environment.

Pros

Flexible scheduling with my school, good $, Leadership sincerely cares about employees, easy to request off, if you have an issue it is always quickly resolved. The managers are serious about the guest and employee experience alike.

Cons

3 table stations, late nights, cleanliness standards are high so expect to do your side work perfect. Standards are very high when compared to other restaurants in area, if you are not a hard worker, you will not last.
