Lack of hours (over 53 while I was there) Too many server scheduled for one night Not enough tables

Pros

I've worked at two different locations and both have felt like family with the coworkers. As long as you are on top of your responsibilities, management is always open to helping you move up and try to accommodate your goals whether it be a stepping stone job or moving up in the restaurant business world.

Cons

Not that this is Bahama Breeze's fault, but sometimes the shifts don't feel worth it for the (little) amount of money being made. If the management team wasn't as flexible and understanding, I'd probably go somewhere else that has a higher chance for better earnings.
