Good company to work but unfair in compensation

Pros

Company invests in training but wastes a lot of money...so much money goes in organizing parties and fun events for consultants, that they cut down on training for admin staff

Pros

Great people, hard work. Learned a lot. Met many new people that were integral to me being where I am now

Cons

Very long work hours that can interfere with social/family life. Some of the work seemed to be less intensive with numbers.

Pros

Great firm dealing with clients most pressing issues. Strong track record of growth in employees. Manager are by and large very good with feedback.

Cons

In this environment, where you have some downtime between projects, you need to be make sure you rock every second of billable time. Need to be very conscious on what projects you get staffed. Your first case can make or break your career. As much as you would like to think the cream will rise to the top, real life dictates that your actual case experience is a large driver as well.
