Pros
Great firm dealing with clients most pressing issues. Strong track record of growth in employees. Manager are by and large very good with feedback.
Cons
In this environment, where you have some downtime between projects, you need to be make sure you rock every second of billable time. Need to be very conscious on what projects you get staffed. Your first case can make or break your career. As much as you would like to think the cream will rise to the top, real life dictates that your actual case experience is a large driver as well.
