Pros

career progression is great, there are coaches and systems in place to help you move up the ladder

Cons

lots of pressure during busy seasons, similar to most mid size public firms, 70 hours week close to deadlines, 60 hour weeks for the rest of the busy season

Pros

A good variety of work and experiece is available here. They are keen to promote from within, and have regular on-going staff training.

Cons

Salaries are bottom of market rate and annual pay rises are a rare occurrence. Senior management do not appear to care for staff retention.
