-Open door policy where you can consult manager/partner easily -Friendly and helpful colleagues -Good staff welfare

Cons

Like any other firms work life balance is difficult to be achieved and definitely some sort of politics going on

Pros

1. If you like a company's portfolio with involving charities, NPO (Not-Profit Organisation), VWO (Voluntary Welfare Organisation) and ceremonial/religious organisation then probably you get the necessary exposure to this area of expertise. 2. Lesser competitive in terms of workload 3. Get to work with different combination of colleagues and not with just that fixed group of people 4. TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) treatments are claimable under medical claims (at least currently) 5. Provides annual training to all levels to improve competencies and technical knowledge

Cons

1. Salary is always one notch below big four and some other mid-tier (similar) companies 2. Average to steep learning curve 3. Expectations are very different from job to job and from manager to manager 4. High staff turnover
