Treats employees more than just economic digits. Plenty of opportunities to travel, learn and be exposed to different industries and cultures. Flat-hierarchy, freedom to question and contribute.

Cons

Limited variety of assignments, although this is quickly changing. Processes and learning can be slightly more structured, again something that is fast improving. Weak on Seniors and Mentors.
