Pros

All members supports each other and team works is a valuable lesson you can learn, time management and intelligence of knowledge is essential in here. Good benefit, the company tend to organize social activities to make the bond stronger. Here, there is no friendship, only a family and siblings that very close in working as a team.

Cons

As similar to any audit firm, long working hours will become a great challenge for newcomer and peak period is a new experience. Apart from that, you might find place to work if you stay in the office quite limited when everybody not going for fieldwork.
