-People genuinely care about you as a person not just an employee -People listen and value your input -You get to be a part of life-changing services for families in your community

Cons

-Culture of community could be improved for administrative staff -No designated space for a lunch break (which would boost sense of community) in the Altoona office

BCBAs are friendly and willing to answer questions, model programming and make sure to give useful feedback. BTs are willing to help you out when needed during session and are compassionate about working with the kids. Management team does their best to help accommodate workers as needed.

Cons

Work life balance can be difficult of you are working Long days. Having the same client multiple days and not having another client as often so you begin to lose rapport.

Very flexible work schedule. Great pay. Plenty of opportunities to learn and specialize in different areas. Great culture and leadership.

Cons

Schedules can change frequently and without notice, which can disrupt work/life balance. Turnover for technician positions can also be stressful, but retention has been greatly improving. Health care insurance is very expensive if you have a family.
