Pros

I enjoy working with The Homestead because of our mission. It is not just something that we have hanging on the wall but something we actually try to use in our everyday jobs. It is important in a career to feel like what you do actually matters, and I truly feel like the work we do makes a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Cons

As with any company there are things that we wish that we could change like work hours and cost of benefits but its not the worst I've heard about with other companies.
