Ability to work directly with person who have the Autism diagnosis and learn new ways of using applied behavior analysis in your own life! Responsive administrative staff Open door policy Willingness to learn and try new things

Can have long hours Must be open to training others Some areas have 24 hour staffing which may not work for all people

Amazing team of co-workers. Supervisors and Manager are so supportive and caring. Kids are so great. Working in a community of people who want to help others.
