Cons
-No paid holidays (must use PTO), -Conservative amount of PTO earned (but can be used immediately) -Health insurance is provided but premiums are steep -Some leadership team members are working over-capacity and responsible for what could be two people's full-time jobs (which is consistent in small, nonprofit employers in health care).
