Pros

Balance has really improved on developing work/life balance for their BCBAs over the last few years. As a BCBA I appreciate getting to work across a variety of clinical needs as well as getting to work on committees that help develop company systems. I generally work only 42 hours a week and have done so for years. We have a great 403B.

Cons

There are times when we change systems too often as we have experiences growing pains as a company.
