Pros
If you work hard and contribute, you will get recognized. Very happy with the salary and benefits. It is in a very unique industry and you don't have to deal with the bureaucracy of a large corporation. Low turnover which says a lot. Also being a smaller company, if you have an idea how to do something better or more efficient, management will listen and likely implement your idea. You don't get lost in a sea of bureaucracy.
Cons
It's a small company but growing. You might not get all of the little perks of a large corporation, however coming from a larger company, I really never felt like I was missing anything. I was happy with the pay and benefits, so that was the most important thing to me.
