The company couldn't care less about their employees if they tried. Employees are treated like cattle; free food every blue moon and then released back into the pasture. Management is the leading cause of the high turnover in every department and they know this but refuse to do anything because these are people who have been with the company for years. Sales managers and marketing managers are the least supportive and unremarkable group I've ever worked with in my 25 years of sales experience! Employees should NOT be afraid to speak to each other and should be excited to come to work each day! Human Resources also does not care about employees in fact they gossip and cover for managers when complaints are made about them! They will not help you they will not protect you! The CEO has no idea how poorly his managers and human resources team are doing and how much money he actually could be making if he had a competent management group! It's SAD! This company also has the worst PTO and Holiday policy I've ever seen! If you want an innovative company that puts employees first LOOK ELSEWHERE! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
