The atmosphere in this job is the best they care of every single worker the hr lady olivia is very professional as well every single supervisor I worked on the woodshop department the supervisor was the coolest one I ever had, I had to leave for a family emergency but hope I come back soon benefits are the best

- You experience the magic of reformers being built right onsite. - Good benefits.

Cons

Where do I start; low pay, adults acting like high schoolers, management are over paid to gossip, check out the women in the office, and did I mention gossip?

Pros

Good benefits, generous holidays and PTO. CEO walks among the employees to see how everyone is doing often.

Cons

There is a huge difference in pay between management and lower level employees. As the reviewer said above once your pegged into a box there is no room for advancement. Company prefers to hire outside of company for higher level positions to have a fresh perspective. Once your hired in the only way to make more income is to move on.
