Awesome co-workers. Company will grow in regards to revenue.

Cons

Poorly ran company. Everything trickles down from owner who should share some of the respondibility for company to grow. Account managers get the worst treatment of sales staff. You wont get pay raises. Your goals will raise and your bonus' will decrease in comparison. No advamcement. Tons of busy work. Not just selling. You have to deal with accounting and shipping closely. Lots of complaints from both departments. Sub par training. Stunted potential

Great top of the line products, option to take pilates on lunch, good medical benefits for the employee. Nice new, clean building

Cons

Unequal treatment, low pay, too many hours. No benefits provided for family, available only at high expense to employee. Open workspace is disruptive
