Pros

The company was VERY employee/family friendly. Never in my life have I enjoyed coming to work more than I did for this company. It is a relaxed dress code (as long as you are dressed, doesn't matter what you wear) and the employees engage in each other. The CEO loves the opportunity to discuss your concerns and seems like he genuinely cares about his employees. He takes interest in who they are outside of work and how their kids are doing. He is not the typical CEO and he makes working there enjoyable.

Cons

While the CEO may be receptive to listening to his employees, it doesn't mean he will do anything about your concerns. There are a select few that, just because they have been with the company for a long time, can never seem to do anything wrong and are never held accountable or to the same standards as everyone else in the company. In the end, those select employees will always be the reason why good people leave, why people have no faith in the CEO, and why the company will never get to the next level in success.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working in this place.

Cons

All employees in sales are miserable because of management. They treat their employees with disrespect. Management does not know how to motivate so instead they sit behind their computer and avoid communication. This company is a family owned and has no desire to change the culture. Burn them and turn them. There is absolute no chance for advancement. Turn over is constant because company does not tell the truth on how much you can make.
