Good sales incentives for professional custom stylists to hit targets. Fairly flat organization chart. Less structure than a large company, which empower staff to get things done quickly. Exciting, fast-paced environment. Hard-working colleagues. Upper management genuinely care about employees and their well-being.

I've grown at Balani; not only in my position, but also in my self-confidence. I really enjoy my current position, and how it has evolved over the years, but I mostly want to talk about the management here. I've been at Balani for a couple years now and have been given the opportunity to explore new job duties and really hone-in on my strengths. The best part of my job is my ability to make a difference and have my voice heard. Balani is growing quickly, but our team is small enough that I get to discuss my opinions and suggestions directly with the manager, President, and CEO. Management listens to my ideas and makes changes quickly and effectively. They respond positively to all feedback and really value my opinions.
