      Imagine if you did not have to wake up in the morning and hate going to work!! That would be wonderful right? At Balani, I receive this experience! I love what I do and who I get to work with. From my co-workers to upper management - a helping hand is always extended! I don't consider my daily activities at Balani work - this is because you are supported by amazing management that motivates and educates. Balani Custom provides its clients and employees with the most superb experience through its 5 star rated quality, service and most of all TEAM! When you work with and or for Balani - you are surrounded by amazing collection of employees. I believe in my company because I know the people I work for and with will go the extra mile for me. Hands down a life changing career for myself and I'm proud and honored to say that is here with Balani Custom Clothiers.

      Cons

      Nothing bad to say here. A con would be if you don't have a Balani Custom suit hanging in your closet (men that reading this!)

      Pros

      This company is comprised of positive, supportive and highly motivated people who sincerely want to see everyone succeed. A true team atmosphere, where communication is frequent, and advice on how to improve is only a phone call away. This includes all sales team members, management and even the CEO. The culture at Balani is like none other that I have ever experienced; this company is interested in taking the time to hire the right type of employees who are customer service minded and pleasant, rather than grow as fast as possible. Where most employees have become accustom to bosses, Balani has true leaders in their management team. Commission pay allows you to determine your income based upon the work you put in. I feel cared for and valued as an employee.

      Cons

      This job requires you to multitask. It's a lot of hard work, especially the first few months trying to build your clientele. It feels like you are running your own business at times, so this job holds a lot of responsibility and requires initiative without someone looking over your shoulder. You will be rewarded fairly for your efforts, and Balani supplies you with all of the tools needed to accomplish your goals, but an entrepreneurial spirit is required.

      Team atmosphere where everyone is willing to share their success stories and offer knowledge and wisdom to help you to continue to improve. Supportive Leaders that are always there when you need them (even if out of the state). Commission Pay structure that directly reflects the work you put in.

      Cons

      Since it is not your typical 9-5, you must be self motivated to do what needs to be done without constant supervision.
