      Pros

      Mr. Balani himself is an inspiring and hard working man who built a beautiful company.

      Cons

      Management lacks leadership skills, it’s a boss and employee type relationship. Not an environment to grow as a team in a healthy way. I guess you could say they are megalomaniac‘s.

      This job has great freedom and flexibility. Balani is lovely team of people to work with. The product is beautiful and really sells itself.

      Finding the right clients that need and want this product but that is sales.
