      Pros

      Balani is constantly providing you opportunities and resources to learn more and get better at what you do. I really appreciate how much time they put into training and making sure you are thriving in your position here. This company also makes sure that every employee is compensated fairly for their hard work and accomplishments in their growth here. I have truly never worked for a company that is this good at making sure their employees are happy and succeeding at what they do.

      Cons

      There are some picky clients but the company provides training and support to help you through those situations.

      Pros

      Co-workers are super friendly and welcoming, all across the company in all locations! The Cleveland location is right Downtown, very convenient with parking garage right attached to building.
