      Balani custom is a wonderful company to work for. I have been at Balani for over 4 years and I still continue to grow, learn and succeed with each new year. - Great team environment and culture - Management is supportive and helpful - Lots of tools to help you succeed - Extensive training when you start - Working with people daily

      Pros

      If you have ever worked for a custom clothing company you may have found that the common mentality is that the sales force is expendable. Continually hire, grow a sales force as large as possible, provide minimal training and support and then see who sinks and see who swims. The experience working for Balani could not be farther from this. They truly invest in their employees in every sense and want to see everybody succeed. By determining that every new hire is a good cultural fit, the team atmosphere is continuously positive and always willing to lend a hand when needed.

      Cons

      100% commission initially can be daunting but rewarding. Your schedule is 100% yours but that also means no PTO or similar benefits of a typical 9-5. Work may come home with you regularly depending on the layout of your days.

      Pros

      Balani Custom absolutely lives up to it's goal of being a 5 star company. Starting with top level management, the culture is very team oriented and conducive to developing professional skill sets. With an emphasis on costumer service, Balani provides an atmosphere for dedicated professional clothiers to not only develop professionally but also earn a great income in the process.

      Cons

      The same growing pains that any company in expansion mode experience: i.e. new territory brings with it new challenges and there are the occasional hiccups in the process.
