      Pros

      The company works hard to promote collaboration. There are many opportunities to grow within the business. The leaders are open to ideas for improvement. There seems to be a drive nationally to be a leader in technology and sustainability.

      Cons

      Can be clique-ish, especially with upper management. Management can be inaccessible for periods of time. Can be a bit "corporate". Slow to hire the right people.

      Ummm... well let's see you can gain good experience in working in a wide variety of houses if you can teach yourself? That's it...

      Cons

      - ridiculous hours and they just make you leave early on Friday - takes months to get incentive - won't fix your company vehicle when it has a flat tire so you drive around with a flat for months - no team effort - terrible lack of team work - management doesn't listen or answer your questions - no training on systems that others know a lot about and have a lot of quarks that if known can save you HOURS of time - little to no chance for advancement ...this list could go on for days.... - benefits are terribly expensive
