Pros

Talented team members Remote work schedule

Cons

The Vice President is an ineffective leader who grew into the role from marketing intern, breeds a submissive culture, and lacks the leadership skills to both build and motivate a team, and remove the marketing, communications, digital, and facility marketing siloes through integration. I have seen top talent consistently rotate in and out of the department at a high rate during my eight plus years which has created instability and resulted in several restructures. Unfortunately, this has not only created a reputation for the department but made it difficult to attract talent.

Pros

PTO, HSA card with insurance, great co-workers! The immediate management I have got to work with is great with scheduling and very kind! I have learned a lot in my job position!

Cons

Very poor pay for x-Ray technologists, no hazard pay for COVID although we do chest xrays on every possible covid pt as well as suspected covid patients. Also have a covid tent where we do testing no matter rain, snow or hail. Yet we don’t “deserve” hazard pay for it. Once again, hourly pay/salary for xray in ballad is terrible. Also, no incentive to get certified in other modalities. You get NO pay increase at all for it. So what’s the point? Lastly, yearly raises are 1%. A whole year of working hard and growing, and you get maybe 20 cents or so increase to show for it.

Pros

Honestly can't think of one.

Cons

Very low pay for the industry and title. Lackadaisical staff that only cares about doing the least amount possible. Dishonest about agreed upon salary increases. The worst health insurance of any company that I have ever worked at. Uneducated leadership that was recruited from the help desk years ago. Must use your personal and vacation time for holidays, forced to if you want a major holiday. Zero cooperation from other departments. The PMO and PMs were treated like they didn't exist, yet expected to make demonstrable progress with no tools.
