The only con was that i got a new manager (jess) and she made me cry. The I quit after only talking to her twice. She kept asking if I had trauma associated with design (i do not). And I told her that when she asked me that I felt weird and uncomfortable. It was so weird and then she became very hostile and pushy. I wouldn't recommend other designers work for her because besides the fact that she might ask you about your non existent trauma, she will make you only use canva which might be the worst part of all.
