Management was at times a bit unprofessional, but overall my experience was mediocre.

Pros

Paid fairly. Tips were split fairly. Roles for the job and expectations were clear.

Cons

Clear favoritism was shown to senior servers/workers. Management was unprofessional at times (gossiping with employees instead of delegating tasks fairly). The other servers were nice for the most part, not the most inclusive environment, but it was bearable.
