Inconsistent leadership/ little resources

Business Outlook

Pros

Creative freedom Competitive pay/raises Vacation time Work from home or hybrid

Cons

Leadership is constantly changing and no one knows what they are doing. Massive layoffs every Q4 for the past 3 years with no notice. Very little resources for creative - you will end up frustrated because although you are given freedom to create what you want, they don’t give any resources to achieve the goals. Since leadership in changing so frequently (every 8 months) there is no brand direction. Once your team is finally settled and starts getting a grasp, they fire leadership and hire new only to repeat the same cycle.
