      Pros

      Good 401k and HSA match, inexpensive health insurance. Amazing coworkers, fun company activities. The product is good.

      Cons

      One of the well-known company values is “Enjoy Quality of Life”. HA. It’s really difficult to take PTO at a time of our choosing, even if requested months in advance. We have blackout/greyout PTO dates for a huge portion of the year. There are some busy times where we’re extremely overloaded with helping too many new clients, and the company only cares about increasing sales. The company doesn’t actually care about the employees, or at least not the ones in the payroll department. It’s next to impossible to move out of anything customer service, so career development basically doesn’t happen.

      Pros

      Shiny, fancy benefits - they pay you for taking vacation. Lots of big promises that make it seem like your dreams have come true.

      Cons

      No follow through, just lots of talk. Leadership is anti-remote workers, even though it’s a remote company but you won’t have a good career path as a remote EE. Leadership will hire their friends in senior roles instead of promoting within. Low pay & lots of work.

      Pros

      The people are the strength of this company. Loved my team and everyone was very supportive.

      Cons

      Total lack of flexibility which is rare in a senior sales role. You are never able to totally take time off because of the monthly quota. Tough to have work life balance. The base salary is very low compared to competitors and a very small percentage of Senior Account Executives meet the monthly quota. Having a monthly quota makes no sense with the size of companies SAE's work with.
