      Pros

      Bamboo really works to take care of their employees. They are constantly rolling out new benefits and working on new ways to help employees to enjoy quality of life. Pay is good and the work is meaningful.

      Cons

      Ive never had any issues within BambooHR until I began seeking growth opportunities within the company. I think the company as a whole is amazing, but the internal hiring processin my department seems to be a bit flawed and it leaves very competent employees very confused about whether they are valued or not within their department. This is quite literally the only issue I’ve had within the company, but it is a big one when you are trying to grow your career and stay loyal to a company that is doing great things.

      Pros

      Friendly, professional, and driven. I loved my time as an SDR and think it's a great introductory role for anyone looking into switching into a career in tech or sales. Great culture and team, realistic yet challenging sales goals. If your looking for a department of people willing to engage with you, make friends, challenge, and grow you professionally then this is a great place to be.

      Cons

      We're still all remote which personally has proved to be a bit of a challenge. Our good culture can be treated like a cover for other issues employees may have, while things may move slowly - management is willing to be open and hear about what is going on in their teams that need to improve.
