Pros
They are so on top of everything! The interview process went quick and they made me feel so confident and comfortable. I had a hirevue interview and then two interviews with the managers etc. The Talent Acquisition Partner kept me informed of what had happened, what the next steps were, and happily answered my questions. They use their own software for the hiring process which is so easy and effective. They really dedicate time to training you so you don't feel like you've been left in the dark but that you actually feel confident and capable. Awesome software. Awesome values. Awesome training. Awesome people. Awesome benefits. Can't get any better.
Cons
Working remotely-I feel like I miss out on some aspects of the culture so I am not getting the full experience but still amazed at the love I feel from everyone even from far away! Many employees reached out to offer support and a warm welcome to the Bamboo team(even though I won't be in their department)!
