Pros
The culture is what it appears to be Company Values actually mean something to the company Leaders truly care about the growth and development of employees Training is thorough, a bit tough, but you actually feel like you are learning rather than checking boxes Internal Employee recognition systems is a fun and unique way to thank coworkers for helping out Benefits all around are very good and are significantly cheaper than my previous employer (depends on which plans you select, but I feel they're all very well priced)
Cons
If you're not in the HQ building it is what you think of with cubicles and white walls. There are some couches, but white and grey cubicles for days.
