      Pros

      The culture at BambooHR is amazing. The values that they publish are not just lip service... every person I've interacted with live those values, which include being open and honest with each other, making a difference no matter what your role is, assuming the best in people. It's remarkable!

      That I wasn't hired 2 years ago.

      Pros

      The company culture here is the best I've seen anywhere. They do expect you to work hard, which is nice. They give you the proper tools to accomplish your job.

      Cons

      It's not a super flexible job time-wise (they expect you to work 40 hrs/week) and I get the feeling that it's a company-wide thing whether salaried or hourly. But requesting 2 hrs here and a day there is never an issue. Plenty of people take off for days/weeks at a time. I've always got the time off I've needed.
