      A Truly Unique Culture

      Pros

      Well, first of all: paid paid vacation! If you like to travel as much as I do, that's enough right there. The culture is welcoming, inclusive, and young. They try their hardest not to be too hierarchical, which does take some getting used to if you come from a regular corporate setting.

      Cons

      Really, no overriding cons. Maybe just that they're kind of at an inbetween phase in the growth - too small for unlimited resources, but too big to really run it like a start up. But I have faith they'll figure it out as they go because I truly believe management has worthy goals.

      Great company culture. You know that the people you work with are trying to do the right thing for the right reasons. We don't take shortcuts but try to do things the right way the first time (if we can). The company benefits are exceptional and always improving.

      Cons

      There is not always a clear path of career growth and development. The compensation is lower than market average for this type of position.
