Pros
BambooHR's values aren't just words on the wall. Everyone I have met at Bamboo lives by those values and they are constantly searching for ways to become better. My team is amazing and have become some of my dearest friends. Management listens to their employees and they truly want each individual to succeed. I have been incredibly blessed to find this job and I would recommend all of my friends and family to work here as well. The ability to work from home is amazing while juggling work with raising a family and the benefits are second to none. I especially love the 'Paid Paid Vacation' benefit that is allowing me to take my family to Disneyland this year.
Cons
Training was tough at times. There were some misunderstandings that made me question the sincerity of my managers but they encouraged honest feedback and were willing to hear my voice. I now feel closer to my managers because of that experience, as it showed me just how genuine my managers are and that they do really care about their employees.
