You mentioned in your review that at BambooHR we try to maintain the culture across all departments - which is correct. We want everyone at BambooHR to feel that they are a part of the same team with the same mission, vision, and values. It seems that your main feedback point is that incentives and compensation are the same across the organization and should be different for each department. We offer the same benefits package to employees in all departments. We do, however, recognize that each department is different when it comes to incentives, opportunities, and compensation. We incorporate the nature of the work, what is going on in the market, and how all roles work within the compensation model to determine salary and monetary incentives. Additionally, feedback and ideas are an important element in shaping incentives and compensation in each department.
