      Pros

      Competitive compensation, emphasis on work-life balance and a very selective hiring process make BambooHR an excellent company to work for. BambooHR is in that sweet spot of being as agile and lean as a new start-up with all the stability of a long established company. Employees are given as much work and responsibility as they can handle, and like all smaller companies there are many more opportunities for vertical and horizontal career advancement.

      Cons

      There isn't any room for dead weight in BambooHR. The work is more rewarding, but it's also more demanding and the fast paced environment isn't for everyone.

      Pros

      I've been at BambooHR a while now and it's been an incredible experience. It's the kind of company that you hope you can work at for the rest of your life and you almost have fear of ever having to work somewhere else. Seriously.

      Cons

      I've referred a number of friends that were not hired. Not really a con on BambooHR, more just awkward for the friendship.

      Pros

      Great, comfortable, and enjoyable cultures are hard to come by but BambooHR works hard to keep their great culture they've created. Here at BambooHR the culture starts at the top. BambooHR is a place where you're happy to go into work to make a difference. There are great people to work in a great environment.

      Cons

      Hard to find one - but if there was one it would be a lack of conference rooms. Great problem to have with a growing company.
