      Pros

      This is a great company to be with. It is the perfect size for me; Small enough that most people know you, but big enough that we are starting to get some fun benefits and opportunities. Recently the company announced Paid Paid vacation, which means that BambooHR will reimburse you for your vacation expenses. How crazy is that? I really feel like the owners and managers care about the employees. They have high expectations of their employees, but they encourage us to have a fun time doing it.

      Cons

      There's not any major cons, just a few small growing pains that are to be expected with a company that is growing this fast.

      Pros

      The PEOPLE! I love being surrounded by absolute rock stars in their respective fields. It's great to love the people, love the culture, and love the product and service we provide. We're making a big difference in our effort of freeing people to do great work. The two co-founders are some of the best people I know and I've learned so much from working with them. I also love the work-life balance at BambooHR and that family time is valued so much. What other company offers paid, paid vacations (paid time off AND reimbursed vacation expenses) each year? They put their money where their mouth is when it comes to values and culture. This is by far, the best company I've personally worked for.

      Growing pains, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

      Pros

      BambooHR has the best work life balance of any job I have ever worked.. ever! They there are about 15 paid holidays per year, as well as plenty of personal time as needed. The pay is really good, and the commissions are excellent if you work hard! There is a very open company culture with little to zero office politics. Everyone is nice to work with, and willing to help out where they can.

      Cons

      Health insurance isn't too great right now, but I suspect that has more to do with the ACA than internal policies. I think this will improve in the coming year.
