      - Coworkers - Yearly Bonus - Summer Party

      Cons

      - Bosses that can't handle stress - Minimal PTO - Crappy work life balance - False promises from recruiters - Overworked - Underpaid engineers I would highly recommend using Bamboo as a starting company if you end up working here. Then moving somewhere where you are valued and paid for what you are worth
