      Great Company, Amazing Culture, Lots of Growth

      Pros

      Paid Paid Vacation, Really competitive benefits package all around. Solid culture, with a dedicated executive team. There's opportunities to learn and grow every day here, if you look for them and are willing to work. The move to Draper has been really nice.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. I feel like the pay has been very middle ground, but it has become MUCH better. Sometimes it feels like certain teams don't get the support they need.

      Okay but not great

      Pros

      Everyone is very kind and helpful. They want you to succeed. Very positive.

      Cons

      Hourly rate with having to clock in and out gets annoying. Pay increase is all based on merit/performance. I was a great employee but still only receive 3.5% increase to my hourly rate. Culture is sometimes too positive where people won’t be real. Not a lot of room for movement unless you’ve been in the position for 2years. Even tho they say you could grow within 9 mos.
