      They recently changed cut lines and number of opps for AE1's

      Pros

      Have a Good overall company culture. I can tell my direct manager really cares about me.

      Cons

      * They changed the definitions of what constitutes a "set" and regardless of how terrible the set is you're required to convert it to an opp for a deal that'll never close and it destroys your conversion rate * A very low % of AE1's actually reach monthly quotas or get promoted. And their answer to this and in hopes of those increasing their conversion rates? It was cut to the number of at bats they're cutting by half. It's a disastrous move if you're an AE1. * Pay for sales executives is well below industry minimums and standards. * The new CRO has some good ideas, and while overall revenue may be on a slight increase, the number of deals/logos has gone downhill. * My guess is sooner or later they'll get rid of the AE1 teams and give all their leads to the AE2's and 3's or they'll go back to the original cutline.

      Toxic Positivity

      Pros

      The product is solid, and most of the leadership are positive to work with. For a bootstrapped company, the benefits are good.

      Cons

      Pointing out things that could be better is seen as being difficult, and if you're not all rah-rah about BambooHR you'll be seen as less than those who are even if you out perform them.

      Things Went Downhill Fast

      Decent benefits and nice coworkers

      Cons

      Low pay, angry customers, getting shafted for raises and promotions indefinitely, micromanagement to the extreme, toxic positivity, childish company culture and trainings, changes to company policy and compensation that made no sense, insane metrics that need to be met in order to not be put on a PIP
