      Pros

      I have now been with the company for about a year and a half, and still feel incredibly engaged and excited about the work I do. Some of what makes Bamboo such a wonderful place to work for me are the following. -I'm surrounded by extremely talented and positive people without egos. -I'm encouraged to take part in career development opportunities. -An honest and open leadership team who is truly invested in the success of the company, customers and employees here. -Flexible and autonomous work environment.

      Cons

      Transitioning from small start-up to a larger company can mean changes (processes, tools, etc) and some growing pains. I honestly don't have much to add here as a con though.

      Pros

      Culture is great, everyone is super helpful and engaging. Lots of after work and during lunch activities that various groups of people have setup. Super flexible work (work from home, modified hours etc) awesome company party this year.

      Cons

      Seems small, but not having any plates or forks or spoons or anything really provided in the break rooms is a bit of a drag. Benefits are more expensive and cover less then my last two companies

      Pros

      Great company culture. You know that the people you work with are trying to do the right thing for the right reasons. We don't take shortcuts but try to do things the right way the first time (if we can). The company benefits are exceptional and always improving.

      Cons

      There is not always a clear path of career growth and development. The compensation is lower than market average for this type of position.
