Pros

The product is solid, and most of the leadership are positive to work with. For a bootstrapped company, the benefits are good.

Cons

Pointing out things that could be better is seen as being difficult, and if you're not all rah-rah about BambooHR you'll be seen as less than those who are even if you out perform them.

Cool people to work with, Decent Pay, Great Work Life Balance, Great Benefits.

Cons

None really, I am no longer at the employer and run my own business but often times refer back to the way they ran, and their culture to adapt it to my own company.
