Pros

Good benefits. Leadership team is great. They do a really good job aligning everything to their values and mission. They really do care about their values and how each employee fits into those.

Cons

It's hard to grow into other departments especially if you're remote and out of state. If you don't like change then you should not work there. They are growing a lot which means things change a lot and it is hard to get into a good rhythm.

Pros

BambooHR has a great culture with good benefits.

Cons

The pay could be better and, specifically about the customer support role, it always feels understaffed and overworked, especially for the pay. They also talk a lot about wanting to see your career growth (one of the values is grow from good to great) but in this position, it's extremely difficult to do when they do external hires and there aren't many openings for upwards mobility.
