Cult like atmosphere with revolving door of reps. Very scripted sales approach.

Pros

This is a good company that cares about its employees. Benefits are very good but salary isn't. Good business outlook.

Cons

If you aren't the kind of person who is "SO EXCITED!!" about basically "EVERYTHING!!!" the culture will wear on you.

Decent benefits and nice coworkers

Cons

Low pay, angry customers, getting shafted for raises and promotions indefinitely, micromanagement to the extreme, toxic positivity, childish company culture and trainings, changes to company policy and compensation that made no sense, insane metrics that need to be met in order to not be put on a PIP
