When interviewing at a company, recruiters are looking to see if you would be a good fit for the company. When I interviewed at BambooHR, I learned that BambooHR was a perfect fit for me. Company culture at BambooHR are not just values you learn about your first day and never hear about again. It is something that is thread through every decision made, for both the customer and the employee. WORK/LIFE BALANCE. This is the reason I applied here. I heard that you could work hard at work and then go home at the end of the day and leave your job at work. I struggled with balancing the two before working here and honestly couldn't wrap my mind around the idea of it. After working for Bamboo for over a year, I can tell you that it is REAL. We do great work and then we go home. I feel valued here. I'm not just an employee at BambooHR, I feel that myself and everyone here is a valuable contributor to the overall success of the company. We are encouraged to and given the resources to be open with ideas, concerns and questions.
