      Great growth opportunity, great benefits, and a great day-to-day experience.

      Cons

      The compensation for hourly and entry-level positions has fallen below what it should be. Over-qualified individuals are in these entry-level positions and making only a few dollars more per hour than your average dishwasher at the fast food chain around the block.

      Amazing benefits and company culture. I am respected as an individual and the company cares about my well-being in and out of work. Leaving this company would be hard. Amazing work life balance, you are never expected to work when you’re not on the clock.
