      Pros

      Bancroft is an amazing organization, with many, many good people dedicated to helping others. I am proud to be a longtime member of the staff, and have seen firsthand how much the leadership cares about its staff . The teamwork across the organization is very good, with staff happy to help each other whenever needed.

      Cons

      The organization is large and spread out, so channels of communication sometimes don't reach intended recipients. Find ways to engage direct care staff in things that are meaningful to them.

      Pros

      Some managers are very supportive and will go up to bat for you. Close connections with your co-workers. Good schedule Tuition reimbursement for full time staff.

      Cons

      No real room for growth with in the company, even after being there for over 6 years. There is no loyalty with the company either. You'll see people who have been there for 20 years and get fired for no real reason. Very Low paying raises but always adding onto staff responsibilities. You'll be very lucky to see 25 cents in year.
