*they show their appreciation to the staff *great benefits they offer *Great work hours (front end back end) * holiday pay *sick time and vacation pay ***Seeing out PS(person served) smile and happy is the best pro of all**

Cons

*The pay can be a con it is a nonprofit but, with all the benefits they offer and the 24 hours extra of OT it kinda balances out.
