It's been great working for a company that cares about their employees as much as they care about the individuals they support. I've had multiple opportunities to learn and grow while advancing my career.

Cons

As a large company that is continuously growing there can be growing pains, but I'd rather be in a company with growth than one that is stagnant.

Cons

Bancroft Management are very reliable in passing out helpful information to its employee to the best of the company's ability to carry out all necessary duties need to be done. Also the Management is very organized in dealing with sensible issue .
